Who we are

Pablo

Pablo is currently building the future of self-driving vehicles as a Group PM leading a team at Waymo. Prior to Waymo, Pablo co-founded and served as the CEO of Muvr, a digital recovery platform, including wearables, that helps guide surgical patients through the episode of care. He successfully sold Muvr to Exactech in 2020.

As a founder, Pablo knows firsthand the responsibilities that come with trying to build a product, raise money, hire a team, and onboard users. His biggest piece of advice for first-time founders is to be maniacal about execution and ruthlessly prioritize doing a few things well. The biggest advantage an investor can give you is access to an expert network that helps you hone in on the right strategies for a variety of business problems that others have successfully navigated, so that you don’t have to do it all on your own. Too often, founders pride themselves on figuring everything out and while this is critical to launching a new product, it is not necessary when it comes to a host of other operating processes that are table stakes to building a company. Thanks to his past experience, Pablo advises founders on how to create a compelling vision, grow a world-class team, execute on product, and raise capital.
